The easiest plants to water them and succulents they need is spray with water mist everyday easy enough hope that helps.

try alpine shrubs you get them in different types, require almost no attention if planted outside and produce beautiful flowers

There really are not any that requires no care just less. Try Geraniums. Or you can try Hostas they are not really flowers but some have flowers on them. Also Hostas are beautiful and come in different species.
