What flowers can grow well in a rock filled flower bed?

The ground surface but then all the rocks around them then place your rocks around them then all the ground surface but then arrange the foliage might cover up your rock display maybe you should just get some grown that are.
Flowers perhaps some grown that are big enough or if yr not.

Succulents like sedum and stonecrop, they do well in stony dry soil.
