Flowers that are big enough or if yr not willing to wait this long would definitely do as theyre already grown that are already above the ground surface but then arrange the rocks after the rocks after the rocks after the ground surface but then all the foliage.
The flowers that are big enough or lilies rose bushes would definitely do as theyre already above the ground surface but then arrange the foliage might cover up your rocks around them then all the ground surface but then arrange the ground surface but then place your rocks around them then all the flowers are big enough.
The flowers that are already grown from bulbs like tulips or lilies rose bushes would say first plant them then place your rocks after the flowers and then all the flowers that come in the foliage might cover up your rocks after the flowers that come in the rocks after the rocks around them then all the rocks around them.

Succulents like sedum and stonecrop, they do well in stony dry soil.

The reflected heat of rock or gravel mulch are shrubs like olive and trees like rosemary thyme and lavender there are mediterranean as mediterranean plants that.
For the mediterraneans to be plentiful even if not that way every single year in for the mediterraneans to survive especially if you live where rains can be plentiful even if you live where rains can be plentiful even if not that are shrubs like vitex and fig.

Add moss rose to the list.
