What are your bridesmaids carrying in your wedding; traditional flowers or something unexpected?

My fiance and I are planning a nighttime wedding and are having my bridesmaids carry lanterns with ribbon and flowers hanging from the bottom…
I’m going with flameless candles though as my two cousins and my sister who will be in my bridal party are very clutzy! LOL…

our son’s wedding: each of the eight bridesmaids carried a single long-stemmed cream rose. as they came down the aisle they each had a ’special’ relative of the bride and groom that they stopped and presented their rose to. so the favourite aunties, the grandmas, the mums etc. all were given a rose! it was quite a pretty little scenario to see!

My girls are wearing fresh leis rather then carrying flowers hawaiian tropical wedding.

The ones you wear to prom or single rose dont think anyone else should have bouquet when everyone already have bouquet beside the bride otherwise.
My bridesmaid corsages like the bride otherwise why throw your bouquet when everyone already have one.
