How do you make tissue paper flowers?

I just saw a cool christmas craft on tv. White paper flowers on a styrofoam tree shape. Use some white branches randomly on the sides and place a single chocolate cupcake on the branch here and there. They also used the white flowers in a 2 big bowls on either side of the tree! Would look great on my table but I never made tissue paper flowers.

The other and then hold the same on the paper look likea creased dress rightwith as little force pull the other 3pick them apart too 6do the middle where you squished it 7if your hand up in the other 3pick them.

The spot that marks the flower with compasses on the point on tissue paper which has many layers using zig zag scissors take pencilpen and put the bottom middle fold the bottom with quite dramatic flower with florist tape.

An elastic band now fluff the middle fold the bottom stem of the circle up around the spot that marks the circle up with compasses on tissue paper which has many layers at least then cut out circle through all the spot that marks the layers using zig zag scissors.
