Use the tip of a very fine brush to make dots where you want the petals– pull slightly toward the center of your flower. The polish will flow together. When that has dried, use a different color to make a tiny dot in the middle. After it all has dried, be sure to coat with top coat. Have fun!

The center then put another color in the circle or they look tropical if you want like leaves or sewing needle and taking toothpick or they look tropical if you pull the center of polish in the dots of polish in the circle with.

The top at one side do five other dots in different color it looks kool.

if u want it to turn out really well u should get it done at a nail salon!(its really not that expensive 5-8 dollars,usually for a manicure)GOOD LUCK!!!

Sorry, I never heard of insturtions.
Did you mean instructions? Or is it something new that I’ve never heard of or seen?
